Features

The product is available for members with high savings, but with a payslip, limitations to service a loan for the required 7 years.

The loan is granted five times a members share deposit savings. Maximum recovery period is 84 months.

The applicant Must have a minimum share deposit of greater than or equal to Kshs. 500,000 in order to qualify

The interest rate on this loan is 1.2% P.M on reducing balance. Members on this loan should remit 5,000/= to the SACCO as minimum share deposit contributions per month.
